**Requirements**

**Qualifications:**

* **Active Barber Educator License in the State of Illinois.**
* Previous experience as a barber or relevant professional in the field is required.
* Teaching experience or certification in Barbering Education is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for teaching and mentoring students in their career development.
