We are seeking a skilled Barber - Hair Stylist to join our team in Akron! As a Barber - Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services to our clients. This job is perfect for freshers who have recently completed their training or have limited experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and consult with them to determine their hair needs and preferences
Cut, trim, and style hair according to client's desired look and current trends
Perform various hair treatments such as coloring, highlighting, and straightening
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through continued education
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Ensure excellent customer service by building relationships with clients and providing a comfortable salon experience

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of barber or cosmetology training program
Valid barber/cosmetology license in the state of Ohio
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
Knowledge of current trends, styles, and techniques in the hair industry
