Responsibilities
Provide quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, styling, and grooming services
Deliver excellent customer service and create lasting client relationships
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
Build and retain clientele through walk-ins, referrals, and social media
Contribute positively to the shop environment and team culture
Qualifications
Passion for barbering, cosmetology, and grooming
Experience with fades, tapers, beard work, styling, and modern haircut trends
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, reliable, and motivated attitude
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
