Whether it’s a haircut, shave, beard trim, waxing or color service, the stylist/barber's role is to focus on quality first! A Diesel Barbershop sytlist/barber should have a good amount of industry experience with the ability to perform a fantastic fade (1/2” or less) with shear work on the top of the head. They should be a drama free type person that can talk with and relate to others (their clients and co-workers).
