Provide haircuts, clipper cuts, coloring, highlights, treatments, and styling services to guests
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and desired looks
Recommend appropriate services, treatments, and retail products to achieve client goals
Deliver high-quality, consistent results while maintaining excellent guest service
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation in line with health and safety standards
Manage appointment schedules and accommodate walk-in clients efficiently
Build and retain a loyal client base through professional service and follow-up
Stay current with industry trends, cutting and coloring techniques, and product knowledge
Participate in ongoing training and education programs offered by Hair Cuttery
Collaborate with salon team members to support a positive, professional work environment
Promote salon services, add-ons, and retail products to support salon performance goals
Hair cutting (scissor and clipper techniques)
Hair coloring and highlighting
Blow-drying and styling
Texturizing and finishing techniques
Consultative client communication
Knowledge of professional hair care products
Sanitation and disinfection procedures
Time management and appointment scheduling
Retail sales and product recommendations
Working with diverse hair types and textures
