Responsibilities Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments. Educate clients on hair care products and services, promoting retail sales effectively. Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development. Requirements Valid barbering license. Proven experience in a salon environment with strong skills in hair cutting and coloring. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous.
