Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.

Duties

Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services according to client preferences and current trends.
Sanitize tool and workbench and overall maintain a clean workspace
Provide consultations to clients regarding haircuts and shaves
Upsell additional services such as selling barber supplies in the store if possible (not mandatory)

Requirements

Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in barbering techniques, including haircuts, shaves, and styling.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to upsell services and products confidently to enhance customer satisfaction. (preferred not mandatory)
A valid barbering license as required by state regulations.
