Professional Barbers & Stylist Role Description The Barber will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services, to clientele of every persuasion including hair styling, hair care, and beard maintenance, hot towel razor shaves, facials, etc. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a welcoming and professional environment for all clients. Proficiency in Barbering and Hair Cutting techniques, including advanced grooming skills.Experience in Hair Styling and creating customized looks to meet client preferences.Knowledge of Hair Care and ability to provide advice and recommendations on hair treatments.Certified or licensed in Barbering and/or Cosmetology as required by state regulations.Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members.Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle appointments efficiently.Experience maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.Previous experience in a salon or barbershop setting is a plus.
