What You’ll Do Work directly with a Trainer to support guest services and learn advanced techniques Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience for every guest Build confidence in consultations, retail recommendations, and rebooking Participate in hands-on education, coaching, and team development Support salon operations, including front desk and team-based responsibilities Track toward clear performance goals that prepare you to step behind the chair What You’ll Gain A structured, step-by-step program designed to fast-track your growth Hands-on mentorship from experienced, successful stylists Hourly pay plus opportunities to earn more as you hit goals A clear path to becoming a fully booked stylist Ongoing education and a culture that invests in your future What We’re Looking For Cosmetology license (or in progress) Someone who is motivated, coachable, and ready to grow Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people A team player who contributes to a positive, supportive environment Commitment to learning, consistency, and following through on goals Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
