Work side by side with your Store Manager to run a great salonLead and coach our Wellness Consultants and Salon Support teamHelp recruit, schedule, and develop great peopleDeliver the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back, and resolve customer concerns professionallyKeep the salon clean, stocked, and running smoothly, and make sure it meets health department standardsDrive your store's results by growing sales and controlling labor and costsPartner with your Store Manager on promotions and growthHandle the salon's cash, deposits, and customer card data securely (PCI security training included)What You Bring
1-3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience (bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to motivate othersBasic computer and POS skillsReliable transportationAbility to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbsYour Schedule
Our salons are open seven days a week. We build schedules with flexibility in mind, but you should expect to work some nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional local travel may be needed for meetings, training, or supporting other salon locations.
