Assistant Spa Manager

**We are looking for a talented and passionate Assistant Spa Manager to join our team at Los Angeles International **Airport**. If you have a passion for beauty, wellness, and providing outstanding customer service, we want to meet you!**

**Duties of the Assistant Spa Manager include:**

* Drive, monitor and analyze sales performance and productivity through weekly and monthly dashboards and KPIs;
* Implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa and individual team members’ daily activity to reach their goals
* Promote and develop the brand’s visibility through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling
* Assist with spa walk-throughs, noting special areas that need cleaning or maintenance attention
* Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, bank deposits and reporting
* Follows all practice policies and protocols
* Provide a comfortable, relaxing spa experience to clients
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Assistant Spa Manager Skills & Qualifications**

HAVE A PASSION FOR PEOPLE

* Hold a current state Massage Therapy, Cosmetology or Nail Technician license
* At least 1-2 years retail sales experience
* At least 1-2 years spa experience
* Strong leadership, organization, and communication skill
* Proficient working knowledge of MS Office Suite
* Ensure compliance with all labor and state licensing laws and regulations in relations to business operations
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
