As our Assistant Manager & Lead Stylist/Barber, you will team up with our Salon Manager to keep the daily magic alive:
* 💇 **Snip & Style:** Bring your strong technical hair-cutting and barbering skills directly to our cool little clients.
* 📣 **Lead by Example:** Mentor, inspire, and lift up your team of stylists every day.
* 🤝 **Build the Dream Team:** Help us hire, train, and retain top-tier talent who share our positive vibes.
* 🎪 **Oversee Operations:** Keep daily salon flow smooth, organized, and filled with high energy.
* ✨ **Client Champion:** Spread the word to new customers and handle any tricky situation with grace, professionalism, and a big smile.
