The Assistant Manager works closely with the General Manager to lead a team of approximately 15–20 employees, achieve performance goals, maintain operational standards, and deliver an exceptional experience to every member and guest. Support and Develop the Team Ensure that guest, appointment, and membership information is accurate and up to date in the point-of-sale system. Experience coaching employees and holding team members accountable for expectations and results.
