Responsibilities

Assist the Salon Director in supervising daily salon operations and ensuring smooth workflow.Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives.Manage staff scheduling and shift management.Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate bookkeeping, cash handling, POS transactions, and store records to ensure operational integrity.Requirements

Saturday and evening availability is a must.Dependable and reliable with schedule.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative atmosphere.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic bookkeeping practices.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Preferred

Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience within a retail or service environment.Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
