The Spa and Salon Assistant Sales Manager oversees all Spa and Salon programs varying from smaller wedding parties (under 15 guests) to larger convention /or meeting groups (as many as 200+ appointments). Clearly communicate all treatments and services as well as policies and pricing for the Spa, Salon and Fitness. Attend and prepare all communications for pre-cons with groups that have spa or salon programs Accomplish and oversee the booking and billing of all services and programs. Must have strong customer service skills. Requires the ability to operate multiple telephone lines.
