We're looking for a talented, motivated Assistant Manager / Lead Stylist who loves being behind the chair and is ready to take the next step into leadership.

This is a hands-on role where you'll continue doing what you love — creating beautiful hair — while helping coach your team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive shop success.

### What You'll Do

* Lead by example while providing exceptional blowouts and styling services.
* Coach and inspire fellow stylists to grow their skills and confidence.
* Support daily operations to keep the shop running smoothly and efficiently.
* Drive results through memberships, add-on services, retail, and guest loyalty.
* Create a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and outstanding service.

### What We're Looking For

* Active Florida cosmetology license.
* Strong blowout and hairstyling skills.
* Previous leadership experience.
* A positive, dependable, team-first attitude.
* A passion for mentoring others and delivering exceptional guest service.
* Flexibility to work Wednesday - Sunday and other high-demand shifts!
