Assistant Manager - Hair Salon

FS Cut & Color is looking for a motivated, professional, and experienced Assistant Manager to join our vibrant salon leadership team. This is a great opportunity for a licensed cosmetologist who is ready to take the next step in leadership, grow their clientele, and contribute to a positive, high-performing salon environment. Overseeing daily salon operations, including scheduling, shift management, and workflow Supporting, motivating, and guiding the salon team toward growth and success Training, coaching, and helping team members reach their goals Providing excellent guest service and ensuring client satisfaction Performing a variety of salon services behind the chair Handling customer concerns professionally and effectively Assisting with retail sales, product merchandising, and promotional activities Monitoring inventory, stock control, and product availability Performing accurate POS transactions Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members Supporting marketing and social media efforts to attract and retain clients Maintaining a clean, professional, positive, and team-focused salon environment Leading by example in attitude, service, teamwork, and performance Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Attention to detail with inventory, scheduling, and administrative tasks Experience with training and development Knowledge of merchandising, budgeting, marketing, and salon operations A passion for creating a positive workplace culture A desire to help grow both the team and the business Join FS Cut & Color and help lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hair care experiences.
