Duties
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
Lead, supervise, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals
Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, providing outstanding service and resolving issues promptly
Conduct employee orientation, training sessions, and ongoing development to enhance team skills
Assist with recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and participating in hiring decisions
Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures accurately
Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and inventory management while ensuring operational accuracy
Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to boost sales performance
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards
Experience
Proven management experience in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities
Strong background in retail sales management, including team supervision and operational oversight
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial tasks
Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and cash handling procedures
Demonstrated ability in employee recruitment, training & development, and performance coaching
Knowledge of retail math for budgeting, pricing strategies, and sales analysis
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
Familiarity with bookkeeping, payroll processing, and administrative tasks within a retail setting
Prior experience in supervising retail staff within a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
