Your leadership will drive sales growth, maintain store standards, and foster a positive environment that encourages team success. Duties Proven management experience in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities Strong background in retail sales management, including team supervision and operational oversight Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial tasks Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and cash handling procedures Demonstrated ability in employee recruitment, training & development, and performance coaching Knowledge of retail math for budgeting, pricing strategies, and sales analysis Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Familiarity with bookkeeping, payroll processing, and administrative tasks within a retail setting Prior experience in supervising retail staff within a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
