Assistant Hospitality Manager

This unpaid internship is designed for undergraduate or graduate students who are seeking college credit or practical experience related to hospitality, business management, salon/spa management, customer service, communications, or a related field. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, friendly, comfortable interacting with clients and beauty professionals, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment. Hospitality and guest relations Customer service Business and salon operations Facility and workplace management Professional communication Client intake and referral Entrepreneurial and small-business operations Supporting independent beauty professionals Maintaining professional standards and workplace organization Students will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a working salon environment while developing professional skills that can transfer to hospitality, business, management, customer service, and other career paths. Position: Assistant Hospitality Manager Intern Type: Unpaid Internship / Academic Credit Schedule: 12–20 hours per week Opening Shift: 8:00 AM Education: Undergraduate or Graduate Student Experience: Hospitality, customer service, business, management, or salon experience is a plus, but not required.
