Assistant Hair Stylist

Salon Associate Stylist – Paid Hands-On Training

The Mane Hair Loft is looking for a motivated stylist to join our 6–8 month Associate Training Program. This is a hands-on position designed to prepare you to confidently work behind the chair and build a successful clientele of your own.

You’ll work side by side with an upper-level stylist and receive training in:

Cutting, coloring, blonding & salon services
Client communication and customer service
Building and retaining your clientele
Social media and marketing yourself as a stylist

After approximately your first month of training, you’ll begin working directly on clients alongside your educator and will also have opportunities to take your own request guests as you grow.

This is a great opportunity for a newer stylist who wants more than just a job and is ready to learn, grow, and build a career behind the chair.

Florida cosmetology license required.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
