Job Summary

Rhythm Section is seeking an eager and dedicated Color Artist Apprentice or Style Artist Apprentice to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, assisting and performing high quality hair services and contributing to the overall success of the salon. This position requires a blend of technical skills, creativity and teamwork. Apprentices will be expected to complete a curated curriculum with weekly class in and out of the salon. On site amenities include an indoor/outdoor tenet lounge(separate from the RS lounge), gym and parking garage.

Duties

Maintain clean and organized workspaces while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Consistently gain knowledge and skills while improving artistic eye.
Communicate clearly with clients regarding their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist on and perform high quality hair services.

Qualifications

Proven potential and aptitude to learn and grow.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to perform tasks requiring precision and autonomy.
A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
