We are proud to be a Green Circle Salon that is committed to reducing the impact of the beauty industry on the environment. We are commission based (assistants earn hourly pay as well as commission) and operate on a level system. Stylists can move up through the levels as they gain the necessary skills and specializations required for each level. We also offer one on one coaching with our leadership team to help you build the necessary business skills to earn more behind the chair. Our salon was recently voted the best salon in southwest Missouri three years in a row, as well as a Top 200 Salon two years in a row.
