The salon assistant will play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring a smooth operation of the salon while providing a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure and working on the next stage in their career. What we're looking for: Assist in behind-the-chair services such as treatments and toners, blowouts and stylingEnsure salon meets company standards as it relates to cleanliness, merchandising and inventoryTake initiative to stay informed and supports the execution of salon promotions, events, products and servicesMaintain prompt, regular attendanceLicensed: Must have cosmetology licenseStrong blowdrying skills preferredAssistants will become experts in shampooing and conditioning, consultations, blowdries, and color/hair cutting services while learning and practicing how to connect with guests and fellow stylists in a focused and welcoming work environment.
