Customer service and communication skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for all clientsOrganizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage appointments and maintain a tidy work environmentFlexibility and the ability to assist stylists and beauticians with their tasks as neededBasic knowledge of salon operations, tools, and hygiene best practicesA friendly and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a salon or customer service role is a plus
