Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located at Cool Cutz & Threading Salon in Smyrna, GA. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily salon operations, welcoming clients, managing appointments, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting stylists and beauticians with their tasks. The Assistant will also help ensure the salon delivers exceptional customer service and a positive experience for all clients.

Customer service and communication skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for all clientsOrganizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage appointments and maintain a tidy work environmentFlexibility and the ability to assist stylists and beauticians with their tasks as neededBasic knowledge of salon operations, tools, and hygiene best practicesA friendly and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a salon or customer service role is a plus
