Role Description The Area Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tampa, FL, responsible for overseeing multiple salons within a defined territory. This role includes leading and coaching salon leaders, setting performance expectations, and monitoring key metrics such as sales, guest satisfaction, and productivity. The Area Leader collaborates with teams to execute company initiatives, optimize scheduling and staffing, and ensure compliance with brand standards and policies. Daily activities involve visiting salons, providing training and feedback, supporting recruitment and retention efforts, and resolving operational challenges. The role also works closely with regional leadership to contribute to strategic planning and implement best practices that drive revenue growth and elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and build relationships across multiple locations.Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions.Proven sales and business development skills, with experience driving revenue and achieving or exceeding targets.Experience in training, mentoring, and developing individuals and teams to improve performance and engagement.Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills to handle escalations, and complex team situations.Previous multi-unit leadership experience in retail, salon, or service environments preferred.Ability to work on-site across locations in the greater Tampa, FL area, with reliable transportation and schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends as needed.Knowledge of salon operations or beauty industry practices is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, management, or a related field is beneficial.
