The mission of the Area Coach is to lead the delivery of a Championship haircut experience by ensuring Operational Excellence across all touchpoints, delivering training and development to Managers and Team Members in assigned stores. The primary role of the Area Coach is to ensure excellent execution of training content to support Operational and Technical excellence.
