You will accomplish this by leading high impact virtual and in-person training sessions that enhance Manager and Team Member (Stylist) skill levels. The primary role of the Area Coach is to ensure excellent execution of training content to support Operational and Technical excellence. This is accomplished through the execution of the 5 Point Play.
