The AR & Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process related to past-due licensee balances and collection of balances. This role monitors weekly AR reports, initiates outreach to resolve outstanding amounts, and partners with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate collection activities. · Prepare, provide, monitor, and respond to escalated/third party collections activity. · Support AR reconciliation and reporting needs for the Accounting team. · Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
