We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our high-traffic Salon and Med Spa in Little Rock. This is not an entry-level position—candidates must be confident performing injectable treatments independently. Responsibilities • Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and safety • Conduct thorough consultations, assess client goals, and create customized treatment plans • Deliver natural, high-quality results that align with client expectations and clinic standards • Educate clients on treatments, maintenance plans, and complementary services • Confidently recommend and upsell appropriate services to enhance outcomes and revenue • Maintain accurate medical documentation, charting, and consent forms • Ensure full compliance with all medical, safety, and sanitation protocols • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business • Perform follow-ups and manage post-treatment care with clients • Manage daily schedule efficiently to maximize productivity and revenue • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment • Collaborate with team members to support overall clinic growth and client experience
