Buy-Rite Beauty is a fast-growing ecommerce company specializing in professional salon and spa furniture. We work with salon owners, cosmetology schools, and beauty professionals across the country to provide high-quality equipment and outstanding customer service.

We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play an active role in supporting the team.The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and confident communicating with customers by phone and email.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Support

Assist Sales Team in answering incoming calls.
Maintain organized customer communication through email and internal systems.
Complete necessary documentation for order processing.
Prepare sales quotes, order estimates, and documentation for customer orders.
Collect and verify required customer information needed to process orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers with order updates, product questions, and general support.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional phone presence.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly.

Benefits401(k)

Buy-Rite Beauty currently matches employee contributions up to 6% of wages. Employees are eligible after one (1) year of employment, with enrollment dates of January 1 and July 1 each year.

Profit Sharing

Employees are eligible after one (1) year of employment. Participation in the 401(k) is not required to qualify for profit sharing. Buy-Rite Beauty has made additional profit-sharing contributions to all eligible employees in each of the last 10 years.

Medical Insurance

Buy-Rite Beauty pays a minimum of 50% of the employee’s health insurance premium each year. Insurance premiums are paid through a Section 125 plan using pre-tax payroll deductions.

Standard Office Hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (EST)
Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (EST)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
