We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Guest Services Associate to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to meet you. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a luxury salon and spa experience.



Schedule required for Academy Salon + Spa Training Center


20-23 hrs per week


Evening availability and Saturday availability required
24-28 hours per week
Weekday shift: scheduled hours will vary - shifts will require being able to work until 9pm
Up to 3 Saturdays per month, with open availability between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM



Abilities and Skills Needed:


Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette


Strong problem-solving ability


Detail-oriented


Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth


Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software


Multitasking skillset


Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback
